Thanhvan Gordon, née Đinh passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022 at the age of 56 while surrounded by her beloved family. A loving wife and mother of two, she will be missed.

Van was born on April 1, 1966 to Toãn Thanh Đinh and Hơn Thị Dương in Vũng Tàu, Vietnam. She grew up in Vietnam and worked as a seamstress until she married Randall Matthew Gordon in 1997. Van moved to the United States of America in 1999, and with Randall, had their first son Matthew and second son Kenneth.

Van enjoyed travelling, hiking, and camping with her family. Some of the places she has been to include the California Coastal Redwoods, Yellowstone, Arches, Bryce Canyon, Florida, and Mexico amongst others. She loved being with her family. Van was a cat whisperer, movie lover, and home gardener. Her family loves her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her father and two elder brothers. She is survived by her mother, sister, and three brothers in Vietnam. In the United States she is survived by her husband, Randall, her sons, Matthew and Kenneth, along with her mother-in-law, uncle, aunt, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Her viewing will be at City View Mortuary, 1001 E 11th Ave., on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 6-8 p.m.
