Tooele Resident, Barbara Allen Parks, age 85 passed away on June 7, 2022 at the Rocky Mountain Care Center in Tooele due to natural causes.
She wa born on June 16, 1936 in Swandale, West Virginia to Clara D. Arthur and Kenneth R. Lucas. Married James J Miller February 3, 1951, later divorced. Married Fred Parks on December 6, 1996.
She lived most of her life in Ely, Nevada and later in Tooele, Utah. Lifelong member of the Baptist Church in Grantsville. Loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, wife, great-grandma and mother to all the neighborhood children.
Survived by her three sons: James (Cathy) Miller; Michial Miller and Terry (Pam) Miller. Brother: Don (Pat) Lucas of Reno, Nevada. 10 Grandchildren, 17 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Step children.
Preceded in death by her parents, Husbands: James Miller and Fred Parks. 2 Daughters: Sally Carpenter; Sandra Lane. Sister: Clara Finley. 4 Brothers: Kenneth, Keith Earl , Tex Robert and Jimmy Lucas. 1 Grandchild.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 25, at 11 AM at the 1st Baptist Church, 235 W. Main, Grantsville, Utah 84029. In the care of Dalton-Hoopes Funeral Home & Cremation Center. 435-884-3031
