WADE JACOB MOON
Passed away at The University of Utah Hospital on Monday morning,
December 6, 2021. Wade was born on June 25, 1990 in West Valley City.
Wade graduated from Grantsville High School in 2008. He was the class president.
His heart will always be a Grantsville Cowboy..
The viewing will be held Friday, December 10, 2021
Time: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: City View Mortuary
1001 11th Avenue Salt Lake City, Utah
He will be laid to rest in Cedar City, Utah

I loved working with Wade in FCCLA. He came to our meetings with lots of ideas and a way to carry them out. He taught STOP the Violence workshops and was a great leader. He looked great in the FCCLA Red sweater. We will miss you Wade!
