Tupe Koreti Ioane, age 59, passed away on November 7, 2024. She was born on September 17, 1965 in Moto’uta Hospital in Apia, Samoa to her mother, Tumua Saifiti Alasi and her father, Toleafoa Ioane.
She is survived by her husband, John Bailey and her children: Ryon Lokeni, Priscilla Flores, Virginia Cordova, Evelio Cordova, Jasmine Wofford-Thompson, Savaiialaolemoana Bailey and 14 grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents, Tumua Saifiti and Toleafoa Ioane, and her daughter, Chella Penina Molina.
Family Services will be held on November 23, 2024 at City View Chapel, 1001 East 11th Ave., Salt Lake City, Utah 84103 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Viewing will be held from 9-11 AM prior to services.

She loved my son like he was hers too. And was always sweet to me.
She was a very special person in my life, so sorry to hear of her demise and that of her daughter who was like a daughter to me as well. I knew her as “Brenda Flores” but she told me her real name in confidence. Priscilla Flores (her daughter with Manuel Flores) called me Kai because she couldn’t say ‘Scotty” and others started calling me Kai too. If you have ever seen a photograph of young Priscilla looking up at the camera and smiling, that was likely the photo I took of her, she smiled at me and it became a treasured photo. RIP sweethearts.
