Roy Anderson

Roy John Anderson, 56, of Salt Lake City, passed away on January 9^th, 2024.

Roy was born on 12/11/1967 to Jerry Don Anderson and Dixie Marie Ward in Murray, Utah. From a young age, he enjoyed being outdoors fishing, camping, and skiing with his family.

After high school, Roy became a painter and estimator and thrived in his occupation.

Survived by his two children, Royce Richard Anderson, and Hallie Marie Perez and her spouse Joel, along with his one and only, and most favorite grandchild, Charlotte Marie. He is also survived by two sisters, Shanna Beaman and Angella Bienusa.

Roy will be joining his mother, father, stepfather, and three siblings, along with all of his four-legged friends, in heaven.

Rick Ryan shares this: “Roy, my very first son in law and a good friend was hard working, and an artist in his craft with a paint brush or spray gun. He could do wood graining with a brush, and you couldn’t tell it wasn’t raw wood. A great sense of humor. Never seen him without a smile on his face. Always there when you needed help and you didn’t even need to ask; he would just show up. Gonna miss you buddy.”

A celebration of life will be held at a later date, still to be announced.
