Ronald Eugene(Gene) Headding
Ronald Eugene Headding passed away unexpectedly in home in Brooksville, Florida on January 15, 2022. Born to Jewell Headding and Pauline (Carter) Headding on July 17,1940 in Hartman, Colorado. He served four years active duty in the U.S. Air Force from 1959 through 1962. After discharge he worked for Rockwell International in California for 23 years in the space program, then worked for General Dynamics in San Diego, California and was later transferred to Lockheed Martin in Denver, Colorado and retired from there to Brooksville, Florida. He has many exhibits in the Smithsonian Museum. He is survived by sisters Lois Haney, Bowie, Texas, Karen Curtice and Betty Moore of Abilene, Texas and Rowena Lawrence of Grantsville, Utah. He was proceeded in death by his parents and his younger brother Eddie Headding, many niece and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was cremated and will be laid to rest between is father and brother in Grantsville, Utah. We love you Uncle Gene, until we meet again.
