Leonel de Jesus Castaneda Gaspar, age 56 passed away on April 22 2024 at Guatemala, due to cancer he was born on April 19 1968 in Guatemala
He was a proud single father very loving and charismatic, he first arrived in California in 1986, worked hard every day and decided to move to Utah in 1994, ever since he hasn’t stopped working and having fun, at the end he loved what he did he turned a job into a career and thanks to that he was able to make so many friends who in time have turned to family, he’s survived by his son Estuardo Castaneda and sister Reyna Castaneda
Services will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 11 in the City View Chapel, 1001 E 11th Ave. Salt Lake City Utah 84103 Burial will be in the W Jordan Cemetery.

Leo was a good man, I got to know Leo from coming to my work to buy glass, him and his son Estuardo came in almost every day for a lot of years, he will be dearly missed here at Pilkington, he was a great customer with a great sense of humor and just such a great person, our heartfelt deepest condolences to his family.
