Jeffery K. Mansfield February 23, 1962- February 15, 2024.
Jeffery took his last ride and returned home with his parents on February 15, 2024.
Jeffery was born on February 23, 1962, to Joseph and Joyce Mansfield in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Jeff was a devoted Partner, Brother, Father, Grandfather, and Friend.
Jeff loved being surrounded by those he loved, laughing, and doing anything fun. One of his favorite things to do was ride his four-wheeler; it was his pride and joy, “The Goat” as he called it. He would ride all over the mountains with his son Chris. Jeff and Chris had an unbreakable father-son bond. You would rarely see one without the other. Jeff’s most cherished place to go was the top of the world, a little spot in Jacob City. As it became harder for Jeff to drive the four-wheeler, he enjoyed riding around with his sweetheart, Theresa.
Jeff also loved road trips in the family truckster, being outdoors, going on boat rides, and getting burgers from his favorite burger joint, and don’t forget his Pepsi.
Jeff has always had a big heart for kids, his nieces and nephews, grandkids, or his little pixies next door. He loved them all and wanted them to be happy. He loved hearing them laugh, watching them grow and discover the world. He always had his big bowl of candy to share.
Jeff always loved when his grandsons came over to talk about their dirt bikes or tell jokes, he loved making them all laugh.
He always did his very best to make sure they all knew they were loved and did everything he could to make them feel included.
Jeff loved his family with all his heart. He is survived by his beloved sweetheart Theresa, his two sons Chris (Elizabeth), and Bradley Allen, his favorite sister Suzanne (Mark), brothers Gary (Brenda) and Richard (Diane), Grandsons, nephews, nieces, and is predeceased by his parents Joseph and Joyce Mansfield his son Brian Allen and his grandparents.
A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on March 2, 2024, at 550 Durfee St. in Grantsville Ut. 84029 at 2:00 pm.
