Lisa Ann Sorensen
March 7, 1963 – August 21, 2025
Our beloved mother, grandmother, and sister Lisa Ann Sorensen, passed away on
August 21, 2025, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on March 7, 1963, to Benard
and Helen Price, who now welcome her home with open arms.
Lisa was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and a constant
source of love and support to those around her. Her greatest joy in life was her family,
whom she loved above all else. She poured her heart into raising her children and
adored every moment spent with her grandchildren. Lisa was eagerly awaiting the
arrival of her twin grandbabies due in February.
Lisa had a creative spirit. She loved crafting, dancing, and listening to country music.
She also had a special place in her heart for animals, often rescuing and caring for them
as part of her natural kindness and compassion.
She is survived by her children: Michael Sorensen and wife Corey,,Chris Sorensen, and
Ashley Sorensen and husband Travis, and her grandchildren Ben, Kaydee, and Ginny,
who will forever carry her love with them. She is also survived by her brothers Louis,
Richard, Gary, and Lane, her sister Wendy, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Benard and Helen Price, and best friend
Colleen Mecham.
Lisa’s life was a testament to love, family, and faith. Her warm hugs, kind words, and
unwavering support will be deeply missed.

From the day I started my new position she noticed me and said Hello and welcomed me with open arms. I will treasure her in my heart always. I will truly miss her. She is so loved.
