It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ashley Castellanos, who left us too soon on June 26, 2025, in Kearns, Utah, at the age of 27. Ashley was born on January 24, 1998.
Above all else, Ashley was a loving and devoted mother to her two cherished children, Jayden and Adrian Castellanos. She adored spending time with them, especially enjoying their time together outdoors, creating countless happy memories. Ashley also found joy and connection in working alongside her mother. Her vibrant personality shone brightly in every aspect of her life; she was known as the funniest of the three sisters, always ready with a joke and a contagious laugh. While she knew when to be serious, her bubbly and effervescent spirit was truly her best quality. She had a passion for rap music, which she would sing loudly and with uninhibited joy.
Ashley is survived by her loving parents, Antonio Castellanos and Roxana Lorenzana, and her beloved children, Jayden Castellanos and Adrian Castellanos. She also leaves behind her sisters, Ana Romero and Michelle Castellanos, who will deeply miss her laughter and light.
Ashley’s bright spirit, unwavering love for her family, and zest for life will be profoundly missed and forever cherished in the hearts of all who knew her.
If you would like to donate in any way, please contact her sister, Ana Romero.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025, 11 AM at the City View Chapel, 1001 E 11th Ave. Salt Lake City. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services.
