It was hard for me to hear that this wonderful man passed away. He was my stepfather for a few years when I was young and we frequently stayed in touch throughout our lives. Richard and Diane invited me to stay with them for a couple of weeks while I was in Vegas on business. They were always very kind and loving toward my family and me throughout our lives . I listened closely when Richard shared his knowledge and wisdom about business and land investments. He was an expert in both fields. I only wish I would have taken the time to see him more.
