Bill was a great friend to me and all members of the Golden Spike Train Club of Utah. He also contributed much to our last move January 2021 from the SLC Warm Springs Plunge building to the Sugar Space Arts Warehouse. His generosity and electrical skills were amazing. Rest in peace, Bill.
